Can't change country setting although I am in it

My Question or Issue

I moved permanently to another country but could not change it setting as it is just disabled for me. I am already in a new country. Yes, I know that it does not matter for Premium but I want to change it still. Why is it disabled? How can I fix this?

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

Since your account is on Premium, you can only change your country setting by entering your new card from the new country and then waiting until the next billing date.

 

Also, I recommend following the steps I described in my initial post on another device and/or another browser if you're not seeing any fields to enter your card info.

 

If that also doesn't work, you'll have to cancel, wait until the Premium runs out, and then re-subscribe.

Hey @Ivan49 ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

You can update your account's country setting by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method. 
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region. 

The changes will take effect from your next billing date.

  • The payment country was possible to change but there is no field to input a new card number, so your advice unfortunately did not help. Why the country setting in Edit profile is disabled?
