Can't change country settings - Help!

Hi, my partner and I are trying to subscribe to a Premium for Family account and are having a lot of trouble. The credit card we are using to pay for the subscription is a Canadian card (our joint credit card) and we have tried to change his account settings to Canada several times but it still shows as France (where we used to live - we now live in Canada) despite the card details showing up correctly as Canada, and having followed the instructions in the Help Centre on how to change country - on his account, it still shows up as FR (France). When he sends the family account link to me, I get an error message saying that I can't access the family account because we must both be registered in the same country. I can't change my account to France because the only option is the country where I am located. We both live in Canada, at the same address, we want to both access the Premium for Family account, but for some reason there's a glitch and his country will not change from France to Canada, even with the card details being Canadian! Please help! We need customer service or something to change this for us, is this possible?! Thank you 🙂

Hi there,

 

I think the payment details and country settings will change on your next payment date (it's possible that your most recent payment was through the card from France)
