Can't change country

Can't change country

I have moved from the UK to Portugal. I have a Portuguese credit card and have updated my payment details and it seems to accept them and has adjusted my account accordingly. However, I have just been charged on my UK credit card and when I went back to my account the details had reverted to my UK account. I put in the new details but when I went back it had reverted again.

 

What can I do?

That is odd. You should use the contact form to get in touch with the Spotify folks so that they can take a closer look in your account and fix this for you. Please remember to make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive after using the form, even if it's a no-reply! Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
