Can't change country

Can't change country

I have premium account and moved from Chile to the UK. I follow the instructions to change country by changing payment method but only get an error that my card and location don't match instead of getting a prompt to change the country! Help!

Just making sure you checked out this link before hand. Hope this helps. If this solution does not work then just message back.

I checked it out, but I don't see the "..." , only card details boxes. And I get the error that the card detail doesn't match the country with no option to change the country...

Is your credit card with your new or old country?

Existing card is from old country...when I update to the new card from new country it says error as they don't match but doesn't give the option to update the country either.
