Can't change country

Hi all,

I recently relocated to Vietnam (where Spotify is available now) from the US. I tried following the instructions per the website, but unable to. Can anyone please help me with step-by-step instruction that is hopefully clearer than what Spotify is offering?

In addition, I'm looking to change payment info but VN doesn't actually use postal codes, and the one I input for my card was not accepted. Does anyone actually know the correct code that Spotify categorizes for Vietnam?

Hey @lisathai95,

I'd recommend that you cancel your subscription, wait until your account has reverted to the Free plan, then change your country setting via the dropdown menu and then re-subscribe here using your new payment details.
