My Question or Issue

 

Hello,

 

I opened my Spotify account about 5 years ago when I moved to Switzerland and I now just moved back to France.

 

Hence I wanted to change my country and payment to a french premium subscription but it won't let me (it says the credit card doesn't correspond to the country. That might be because I'm using a Revolut card at the moment).

 

Is there anything you can do to help?

If the card you're using at this moment was issued in Switzerland and you're currently living in France, unfortunately, it will not work.

 

The country of your payment method must match the one in your Spotify profile.
