Can't change country

Hi,

I have Spotify Premium and have moved from the UK to New Zealand.  When I try to follow the instructions to change countries (Subscriptions --> Change country), after I click "change to NZ" it just returns me to this sign up page for Spotify Family (or something similar) and doesn't actually change my country.  It's very annoying.  Can someone help?
