Can‘t change country

Can‘t change country

I moved back to Germany and want to renew my Premium subscription. In the App I can‘t login (mail already in use). Desktop: mail works). 

now I want to change my country. If I choose Germany I get the message: mail already in use. So I can‘t change the country :-((

I have a similar issue. I'm on a free plan, frequently travelling between the UK and Poland. After 14 days abroad (in Poland) my mobile app logged me out and won't let me back in. I went on desktop to update my country (to Poland, using Chrome), but Spotify refuses to save changes on my profile, saying that my email is already in use. There doesn't seem to be a way around it. It did work in the past. Now I can't use Spotify on mobile at all :(.

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser to avoid any issues that might be caused by the stored cache and cookies.


If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
