Hi there. I am trying to change my credit card details for my account, but when I go to SUBSCRIPTIONS I cannot change anything all it says is this "The last purchase with this payment method was declined by your bank or payment provider.
The bank has placed a restraint on the card. Please call your bank (phone number on the back of your card) to check if they've blocked the card or account, or issued a new card."
Did you get in touch with your bank? What did they say?
No I didn't. I know that card doesn't work because I lost it now I have a new one. The point is it won't let me change it.

One last thing worth trying. Can you remove the existing payment method from your account here, then log out and go to this page and try to subscribe with your new card details.
