Can't change email because the email is used on another account that connects through facebook

SO, I dont even know if that makes sense, but basically I want to change my account email on Spotify to my MAIN email, and it's using my secondary email. according to all my account information. However, when I try to change emails to my main email, it says the email is already in use.

OK, so when that happens i try to log in but it won't log me in. If I click "Forgot Password" and put my main email in, it gives me a message that says that email is being used to connect through facebook.

But when I connect through facebook on spotify and look at my account information, it says my secondary email! Just a constant loop and I want it to stop to make my life easier for billing for premium. Please help!
