Can't change email

On my spotify account I'm using email which is not my main anymore. But when I try to change it to current email it says I already have account on the new one.
But that account is old and I don't remember it. When I try to reset password it says there is no active spotify on that email and I can't delete it.

Spotify can help you with this if you contact them directly.
