Can't change email

Hello,

For Spotify, I use my Facebook credentials to login but when I try to change my email, it wouldnt let me, saying its the wrong password. Im assuming its my facebook password I need to change my email, but I have tried my other passwords also with no success. Is there sometihng I am not doing right?

You need to go directly into Facebook to change your email - it cannot be done on spotify.com

When I tried the first time, it looked like I was able to change it via spotify. But when I changed it through FB, the option became untouchable, I wasnt able to edit it whatsoever even though I was able to edit the text fields before I changed it on FB.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form as already mentioned by Matt.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
