Can´t change email

Hi, I have an premium account that my daugther should take over and there for I need to change the email adress.

But every time I try I get the message the the email adress is in use. But the account my daugther had, is closed so why cant I change when her account is closed for a long time ago?

It might be possible that your daugther's account wasn't closed entirerly.
