Can't change my account country

Hi!!

 

I was a premium user for a long time, then I moved countries and got my credit card cancelled. I got the message saying that I should update my country because I can't even get free use now but when I go to "change country" in the edit profile site it asks me to change my payment method, and when I click I get the "choose free or premium" user and I choose free and it downloads spotify again, but then I can't log in because it says  that I have to change my country...I tried cancelling the premium subscription but my account is now free!! so i can't cancell the premium....so i'm stuck in this loop!!!

Can someone help me please?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you change the country
