Can't change my account location / payment method

Hi!

 

I'm writing because I'm trying to do a very simple thing: I've moved from Switzerland to Belgium and would like to update my payment method and country location accordingly.

 

I'm having a premium (family) account.

 

Old (current) payment method: Switzerland credit card
New payment method: Belgian credit card

 

Old (current) location: Switzerland

New location: Belgium

 

Looking at the FAQ this should be as simple as updating the credit card details but somehow this doesn't work.
See below the error message (sorry it's in French).

"Votre mode de paiement et le pays ne correspondent pas. Pour continuer, modifiez le pays associé à votre compte ou utilisez un autre mode de paiement."

 

Basically it says that the payment method and the account location don't match and that I should change account location.

 

When I try changing the account location, it says that the payment method is from a different location so the location cannot be changed (i'm trying to set it to my new location, Belgium).

This is a catch 22, any help appreciated!

In this case, I recommend that you cancel your subscription and once the account has reverted back to the Free plan, you can change your account's country setting and re-subscribe here using your new payment method.
