My Question or Issue

 

I'm using VPN to have a Netherlands IP-address since Spotify is not available in Russia. When I created the account I had the UK IP-address. Later I got an error 17 ("A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Change its settings to allow Spotify through.You may also want to try to change the proxy settings (error code: 17)".) On forums, I've discovered that this error might be connected with country settings. At that moment the UK VPN server became closed to me (free/premium reasons), so I tried to change my country to Netherlands while I had Netherlands IP. But Spotify account refuses to change my country because of my... e-mail? Can I fix it or do I need to create another account in the Netherlands?
