Can't change my country setting for my Facebook-created account

My Question or Issue

I used to live in Brazil and recently moved to France. My spotify account is linked to my facebook account and when I switched to a family plan, no one of my family members living with me are able to accept the invitation. It accuses us of living in different countries.

I changed my method of payment to a french credit card and had no success with that. Then I read on the support page that I should update my country on facebook and Spotify. My country of residence is already France on facebook but Spotify reads it as Brazil. How should I proceed in such case?

You've already done the right thing by changing your payment method to one that's been issued in France. Keep in mind that the changes will take effect from your next billing date. 

Until your next billing date, your country setting will still be set to Brazil.
