Can't change my country

Hi,

I have tried to change my country, but it is not possible. I am using a Danish paypal account, I have removed DNS service on my computer and still not have the opportunity to change my accounts country. I have tried to edit my profile but it tells me to update my payment before I can change the country. I tried to update my payment and changed the country to Denmark but it is still not changed.

What to do? Thanks in advance
