Can't change my country

Hello, 

 

I've recently moved to Mexico and have been trying to change my country profile in spotify from Germany to Mexico, but even though I am logged in under my log in details, it tells me my account is already in use and therefore won't save my information. I don't really understand the problem though because I'm logged in using the very acount it says is in use, using the email it says is in use, and therefore I'm the one who's using the 'in-use' account!! Any suggestions how I can get round this?

Hey! Welcome to the community ๐Ÿ™‚

It sounds like you have a duplicate account in the system registered with the same email address. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to remove that extra account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
