Can`t change my country

I moved from germany to austria two months ago and wanted to start a spotify family with my roommates. Even though my IP address says Austria my account didnt change to austria and on my profile I cant change to austria eiter because the button is frozen with germany. 

I put my austrian address without the country but my flatmates cant get into spotify premium with the invitation and i think the reason is because i cant change my country... i am paying the 15 euros and nobody is getting anything from it ...

Is there somewhere i can call or contact to directly?
