Can’t change my country

Hello,

 

I’ve got a problem. I’m a dutch guy but I’m for more than 14 days in Urkaine, so I can’t login. I’ve tried to change my country (from the Netherlands to Ukraine) but I only can choose for the Netherland while I’m in Ukraine. Is there somebody who’s familair with this problem or does anyone know a solution ?

I hope to hear from someone 🙋🏼‍♂️

Just checking ... have you already tried the steps in the Country Settings FAQ?

If not, I have copied them below.
Hope it helps you get back to your music and have a great day! 😄

 

Premium

If you have Premium, you can use Spotify anywhere in the world for as long as you like! But if you permanently move to another country, you need to update your country settings and change your payment method to one that's been issued in your new country. 

  1. Cancel your subscription.
  2. Wait until your account reverts back to the free, ad-supported service at the end of your current billing cycle.
  3. Log in to your account page
  4. Click EDIT PROFILE
  5. Scroll down to Country and select your new country from the dropdown list.
    Note: Your new country only shows when you’re actually there.
  6. Click SAVE PROFILE.
  7. Resubscribe to Premium using a payment method issued in your new country. 

If you're on our free, ad-supported service you can use Spotify in a different country for up to 14 days.

To change your settings for the country you’re in:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE
  3. Scroll down to Country and select your new country from the dropdown list.
    Note: Your new country only shows when you’re actually there.
  4. Click SAVE PROFILE.

You can also upgrade to Premium to listen anywhere for as long as you want without having to change country settings.

Thankyou for your help. I’ve solved the problem to login in the Netherlands and then again in Ukraine.
