Can't change my country

My Question or Issue

I tried to login into my account but an error popped up saying you can only use sportify abroad for 14 day and have to update my location so I login using web to change my country which is set Netherland for now but as I try to change my country they show an error saying that email is already taken.

That's the email that I used to login,

ofcourse it is taken so I can't change my country and so I can't login sportify app.

Please help and thanks in advance.
