Can't change my country

I'm currently stationed overseas and I've been here for the past three years. I've had my spotify account for over a year (I think about two years, I don't exactly remember) and now suddenly I can't use it because my country does not match my IP address. I went to go change it but the drop down menu is greyed out. I'm pretty sure I would know if I was using a proxy, and I'm pretty sure I'm not so I really don't know what to do about this.

I'm guessing you are using Spotify free, which means you can only listen to Spotify outside of your "home" country for 14 days.

What country does your IP address locate to here?
