Can´t change my dyplay name or choose my gender!

My Question or Issue:  

My problem is similar to one related by the @frederikko44

that is related in a post called Can´t change display name, no option to do so.

In my case besides the problem of there is no place to change the display name (as you can see in the printscreen below), it does not allow me to choose my gender or to change my picture. 

I tried to unistall and reinstall the app but it didn´t work. 

Does anyone here have a clue about what I should do?

To change your display name, a mobile device is required:

1. Tap Home , then Settings .
2. Tap View profile.
3. Tap EDIT PROFILE.
4. Tap your display name to change it.
5. Tap Save.

For more details on how to edit your profile, you can take a look at this support article. 

If you don't see that EDIT option, I'd recommend performing clean reinstall of your Spotify mobile app. It's different than regular reinstallation. Just find your device in this article and follow the steps provided there.

If you can't change your personal information on your account overview, it's most likely because you created your Spotify account with Facebook. 

In this case it won't be possible for you to change the email address on your own, but you can reach out to Customer Support and they will be happy to update it for you.
