Can't change my e-mail

Hi,

I can't change my e-mail because I don't know what my password is since I normally log in with Facebook. I cannot ask for a new password since the e-mail adress which I used to create my spotify account has been suspended by hotmail.

What can I do to change my e-mail adress and password?
