Can't change my email address

I would like to change my email. I navigated through the typical channels. https://www.spotify.com/au/account/profile/ and pressed the Edit Profile button.

For which im presented with a form where all the fields are grayed out. I did find a post saying this has something to do with Facebook connection or something... My account isnt linked to Facebook.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!

If you created your Spotify account through Facebook, even if it's not linked right now, it won't be possible for you to change the email address on your own, but you can reach out to Customer Support and they will be happy to update it for you.

in This Case, I Recommend Trying on a Different Device Or Try Logging in and Logging out try Deleting the app, and Re-Installing If that does not works Go ahead and Contact Spotify. https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/
