Can't change my email

How can I change my email? I no longer have access to the original email I used when I created a spotify account several years ago. Due to the fact that it was a university email, I no longer have access to said email account. When I try to change the email, it takes me to facebook, where I have tried multiple times to change the email. However, it is not working! How can I change my email?
