I just started using Spotify again, and I noticed that my profile still has my old email.
I tried to change it, but it wouldn't let me, it said that it was already in use.
So then I tried to reset my password, but got this message:

I contacted the support, and I got a response, but I think it might have been like an automatic response or something, since it only mentioned that I should check the community and stuff.

Hi there! Only the support team can deal with this issue - you should reply directly back to that automatic email you got and it will go through to the support team 🙂
