Can't change or pause a song

My Question or Issue

My spotify keeps playing a random album and I can't even stop the song that is playing for more than 3 seconds. When I try to play something else, it comes back to the same album again and again. I tried to play my songs in web player and in my spotify app (Asus Zenfone, Android) but both presented the same problem. It seems there is something going wrong with my account. Any help? Thanks.
