Can't change password and losing time

Hello! I seem to have lost my ability to change my password in exactly the same way as

has. I do have a facebook account too, but I am unable to link it to this account - it just creates its own.

I also have an issue with time. I should have received my ten free hours today, and all seemed well enough. I got my time, and started listening. But after about five or six songs, Spotify paused, said someone else was using it, and moments after  my time was up - so I suspected someone else had been using my account before, and decided to change my password, where I ran into this issue.

Any help is appreciated.
