Can't change password or e-mail

Can't change password or e-mail

So I've encountered a problem.
I have lost the e-mail attached to my spotify account, and I have also forgotten my password.
This means that I cannot change my information, neither can I set up a subscription.
I do although have my account connected to facebook, this is why I'm able to "log in" to my account.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to help you recover your account 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you have another email account?

 

If so, try using this contact form instead.

Keep in mind though, I cannot read e-mails recieved from them since I cannot log in to the mail attached to this account. That might become a problem.
