I can't change my password, I'm not getting an email?

Have you tried entering your Spotify username rather than your email address on the reset page? 

Also be sure to check your spam/junk folders! Sometimes there can be a slight delay in the emails arriving, so give it a few hours before going any further. 


If you are still having issues, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you in resetting that password manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
