Can't change payment data - "Dados inválidos no formulário"

Hi all,

I can't change my payment data. After I fill my information in the form and press continue, I get the message "Dados inválidos no formulário"(Invalid data in the form), though the fields are filled with valid values.

Can anyone help me with that?

Welcome to the Community that is Spotify and thanks for your first post 🙂

The first thing I'd recommend here would be to try an alternate web browser. How does that help? We'd also recommend that you try an incogito windo, or even clearing the internet browsing history. Does that help?
