Can't change payment details with TD Canada

Hello Guys,

 

I just moved from Istanbul to Toronto, applied to TD Green Credit Card and obtained it.

 

It does not let me to change my payment details with my new TD credit card data and it says:

 

"

It looks like your card is from a non-Spotify country

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unfortunately, we haven't launched in this country yet. You need to use a card issued in a Spotify launched market.

"

 

Please see the screen capture in the attachment.

 

I know that my friends use spotify in here without any issue.

 

Need your help on this.

I did not tried clearing my cookies that but I cancelled my premium subscription and created again with new payment method.

 

That was how it worked.

Can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, refreshing it and give it one more try? Also, make sure you're following the steps here to update your country settings and your payment method.
