Can't change payment method

I'm trying to change my credit card information because I got a new credit card. Every time I click on "Update Details" button under the "Subscription and payments" window, Spotify takes me to a screen that says "Oops! Something has gone wrong!"

Anyone else had this issue?

Hey there! 

Try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Does that help at all? Also, you can try to do it on an incognito window or a different device. It should go through smoothly. Keep us posted.

Unfortunately, nothing has worked. I tried clearing my browser's cache and cookies, incognito, a different browser, and a different computer. All of them gave me the same error. 😞

Have any others noticed the length of options/difficulty in changng or updating payment account information like updating credit cards?  Most websites in fact nearly all make this option very easy to find and do. But not Spotify.  I'm certain they are aware of this,but wonder what the reasoning is??
