Can't change payment option?

Can't change payment option?

I recently got a new card and have been trying to change my payment option, however every time I have tried, I have gotten an "insufficient funds" (etc.) error even though the card has the funds. I've even tried a separate payment method and using incognito mode. Would love any help I could get on this

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Could you please try changing the payment method on a different device? 

 

If that does not make a difference, would you mind also trying with a different network connection? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test if you'll get the same error. 

 

On another note, keep in mind that the card you're trying to use needs to meet all the requirements mentioned here.
