Can't change payment or location

I've run into a very frustrating problem with Spotify where I can't seem to change my location. I recently relocated from Australia to New Zealand.

I go to my profile page, and click on the "update your payment details" as shown in the first attachment. When I click this link, instead of taking me to a screen where I can update my payment info, I get taken to the download spotify page as shown in the second attachment.

I first encountered this problem a couple of months ago. It drove me crazy, so I actually cancelled my subscription and signed up with Google Music. Fortunately for spotify the experience on google music just wasn't as good, so I'm back... or at least I'm trying to get back!

Can someone please help me??
