Hey @Mbaybarsk ,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

If you'd like to change your country setting to Turkey as a Premium user, you'll need a payment method that's been issued there.

Alternatively, you can cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can update your country setting through the dropdown menu at https://spotify.com/account.

Keep in mind that you will still need a payment method that's been issued in Turkey if you'd like to upgrade from Spotify Free to Premium again.

Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂

I try to add a CC that has been issued in Turkey, but there's a message saying:  "Your payment method and country don't match."

Do you see the recursive problem here?

I don't want to lose my settings/saved songs etc if I cancel my subscription. Is there an alternative method?

Hey @Mbaybarsk ,

Thanks for getting back.

In this case, you'll need to cancel your subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can update your country setting as described above and then resubscribe at https://spotify.com/premium.

You keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads.
