Can't change subscription to Spotify Student?

I am eligible for the student discount offer and am trying to convert my subscription but I can't seem to navigate to the webpage where I would make this switch.

I tried following these instructions but can't get the window where I would enter my college name to pop up. I'm also synced to Facebook and always log in through Facebook; not sure if this affects the issue.
