I'm a premium user with an account from "The Netherlands". I've now permamently moved to Spain and want to change it. I read the instructions but when I enter the Spanish credit card details I first get a message saying I should change the country to Spain, after clicking there the credit card form reloads. I enter the details once again and then I get an error message saying there was a problem with the payment and that I should try another means.
I've tried this several times over the past week and it's always the same.
How can I solve this issue and change the country in my account?

You would lose your offline music, but it can be re-downloaded after you upgraded to Premium again.
There's unfortunately no other way.
