Can't change to premium, and a 2nd spotify debt card gone for nothing!

Hi!

I bought a spotify card for 10 euro's, which i wanted to use to get premium. I accidentally clicked on unlimited (i was on my phone) which meant i didnt have spotify for on my phone. I bought a 2nd card, cause i couldn't change to premium without a creditcard (even though i can put money on paypal). When i used the 2nd card, it send me to the choose for premium etc page, and when i clicked on premium it said i couldn't, cause i already had unlimited. So i clicked the website away, figured i could reuse my card. Wrong. Which means i used 2 cards for basically nothing. I'm ok with waiting for unlimited to run out, but atleast something for the 2nd card would be nice. Anyone that could help me out?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to either activate the card for you or make it work again.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
