Can't check the "accept terms and conditions" for spotify for artists

Hello,

I'm trying to get instant access with CDBaby for spotify for artists.

When i reach the page that ask me my role, name and business email, i cant accept the terms and conditions, if i just click on the "check square" nothing happen.

I'm using Windows 10 but also on android do not work.

Let's wait 24 hours before you do this again. If after that timeframe it still doesn't work, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Spotify for Artists team here. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
