I've been sending claims to claim the artist profile and sending proof with the links listing my socials and contact email. The same contact email as the email to spotify I use.

What am I doing wrong?

If the email in the screenshot is the same email that's being used for your account then you aren't doing anything wrong.
I'd recommend reaching out to the team so they can look into this more closely: https://artists.spotify.com/contact
