Can't connect to the account (Android)

Hi,

I was previously connected on a spotify account on my smartphone that wasn't mine. I bought Spotify Premium on that account (I will pay every month with an automatic payment) and then logged out. The problem is, I would like to cancel my subscription on this account, but I don't know the email and the password so I can't connect and cancel the subscription by myself. I called Visa and they told me they can't cancel the subscription or the payment. Is there any way I can contact someone who works for Spotify so they can cancel it on the account I am not using? I really want to subscribe to Premium on my real account, but not unless I pay for the account I am not using and I can't connect to.

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. They'll take a look backstage and hopefully solve this as soon as possible. You can learn how to get in touch with Support here.
