Are you still having troubles with connecting your Spotify account to IFTTT? If so, we'd recommend that you reach out to the IFTTT team. They should be able to look into the issue further for you.
As a quick piece of troubleshooting, try clearing the internet browsing history and using an alternate web browser. How does that help?
