Someone hacked my spotify account (adding a new family member - I am a premium family member). I contacted spotify and they said they would "secure my account". However as a result I can't log in (spotify now says there is no account for my user name or password). But I can no longer contact spotify because you can only use the contact form by logging in which I can't do. There is no phone number or other way of contacting them as far as I can see. Please can someone advise me how I should proceed.
I think that the best thing to do is to reach out to them again via Email (or social, if you contacted them through one of their social channels) by replying to the latest message. They'll then be able to look into this again.
