Can't crate an account

Hi, I'm new to Spotify and want to create an account

The problem is that if I want to create an account with E-mail it says:unknown error try again later so I waited a month and even more than that it says the same thing 

And if I want to crate one with Facebook it would say the same thing

Have you tried another email? Or signing up with facebook?
