My daughter turned 13 today but when I try to create her account it says she does not meet the age requirements.

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please let me know the country you're from? 🙂 Otherwise, it'll be quite difficult to troubleshoot, as the minimum age can vary between countries/regions.

United States. It worked later this afternoon but not in the morning (~9am PT).
