Can't create account on Spotify Advertising (Brazil)

Hello there! I'm a brazilian podcaster and a content creator ( podcast name show is "Toca Do Dragão" something like "The Dragon's Den" in english), and I'm starting to growing and invest in my show, so I can generate some incomes, and a focus on it, and make it my professional ocuppation.

But here is the catch, I'm passed the last 5 days trying to create a account or get some infomations but I'm guessing is some kind of Secret Cult to some Lovacraftian creature, due to the extremely difficult of doing so.
Every time I have the same answer "form not sended. Communication error with the service". Is there any SPOTIFY STAFF that could helpe-me or guide me in the right direction?
