Can't create an account

Can't create an account

I just subscribed for a Premium Duo.

My husband didn't have a spotify account, but we cannot create one. It doesn't work. We have tried with an email adress and facebook but it keeps saying there is an error.

Please help....

Could you please share a screenshot of what you see when trying to subscribe or just the error number/sentence your getting ?

 

In the mean while, you can try processing the sign up through a different web browser or use incognito page.

I have tried a different browser, it doesn't work.
I keep either getting the sentence an error has occured. Please try later.
Or it keeps searching forever until the reCAPTCHA expires...

If you can't try it out on a friend's WiFi, i would recommend you try using incognito / Chrome web page for the process to see if it helps.

 

Furthermore, you can try it out with a different email address to see if that does the trick.

I strongly recommend giving it a try on a different device and network is possible.

This will be a strong indication of why this issue happens.

 

A screenshot of what you see on your screen will be a good indicator as well.

I gave up. I asked my sister in France to create the account....
Spotify leeps telling me that it's not possible to create an account in
Djibouti when I have already done so 2years ago....

You can find more about the availability of Spotify around the world on this info page.

 

If the service isn't available in your country/region, it might be the reason why you can't add family members as the service isn't operating.
